Within the project management software itself, Microsoft Project’s help option will answer specific questions with simple, non-technical wording. This is helpful for those who are not familiar with project management jargon. Microsoft Project also offers phone and email support, but some fees may apply. Microsoft Project works with all recent Windows operating systems.
