Microsoft Project, our #1–ranked product. The program includes support for Gantt charts, PERT and planning modes and scheduling. The schedule and Gantt chart are rather unintuitive to use, as the screen often resizes itself and covers the work area. You also cannot see who has been assigned to each task.
Overall MinuteMan is a good product to create a basic list of tasks and then keep track of them. This program could be useful if your current tracking system consists of just an Excel spreadsheet, though for more features and capability, we recommend Microsoft Project.
